Kiel High's National Honor Society does service project

Kiel High School’s National Honor Society students helped residents with spring clean-up on a recent Sunday. Afterward the students said they felt tired but good about helping others. A total of 18 students worked for about 2-1/2 hours. NHS Advisor Jennifer Owen said she hopes to make this an annual event and that it grows next year. “The NHS is looking to expand our community presence and give back when we can,” she said. “If you can think of other activities where volunteers are needed, please feel free to reach out to our group.”
