BREAKING NEWS: Manitowoc County extends candidate deadline in Kiel-area districts

The three incumbents for Manitowoc County Board Supervisory Districts 13, 15 and 25 failed to file either a Notification of Noncandidacy or sufficient candidate paperwork with the County Clerk’s office.

The deadline for filing candidacy paperwork for Supervisory District 13, 15 and 25 has been extended to 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 7.

Anyone seeking candidacy must file forms with the County Clerk’s office located at 1010 S 8th St., Manitowoc.

The 13th District includes the town of Schleswig-Wards 1 and 2, town of Meeme-Ward 1, and the city of Kiel-Ward 6. The incumbent is Jonathan Neils of rural Kiel.

The 15th District includes the town of Eaton, Town of Liberty-Ward 1, Village of St Nazianz and Valders. The incumbent is Catherine Wagner of Valders.

The 25th District includes the City of Two Rivers-Wards 7 and 8. The incumbent is Bonnie Shimulunas of Two Rivers.
