Residents expressed water concerns to the Town Board of Brothertown during their July meeting held recently at the Town Hall.

Town resident Dennis Meyer spoke of water issues at St. Charles Road and CTH G, telling the board the field has been planted twice already this year. "This has been going on for 10 years," Meyer said. "Something has to be done." Meyer added concern for what the water could be doing to the road bed.

According to Meyer and town officials, the issues relate to bunkers and incorrect concrete tile installed on land owned by Lloyd and Todd Meyer.

Town Road Supervisor Roger Boehnlein told board members he believes all residents of Charlesburg are pumping water out of their basements because of this water issue.
