A candidates forum for the Calumet County Circuit Court Branch #2 judge election is scheduled to be held virtually this Thursday, March 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

To view the forum live, please register on the League of Women Voters website at lwvappleton.org or go to the LWV Appleton Facebook page for livestreaming. Recording will be available on their website.

Carey J. Reed and Kimberly A. Tenerelli are squaring off in the April 6 election to try to become the first judge for the newly created branch of Calumet County Circuit Court.

Please submit questions for the candidates to league.appleton@yahoo.com. Please put “Calumet County Circuit Court Judge” in the subject line. Questions must be received at least 24 hours before the forum.

The League reserves the right to screen questions to avoid duplication and inappropriate rhetoric. Questions are to address issues appropriate to that particular public office, not personalities.

The League of Women Voters is nonpartisan and does not support or oppose any candidate or party.
