Chilton vaccine clinic to expand eligible groups as of Monday, March 8

Starting this Monday, March 8, more individuals in Phase 1B will be able to register for a vaccine appointment at the Chilton COVID-19 clinic.

Eligible groups now include frontline health care, emergency services, adults ages 65+, education, and childcare workers.

As a reminder, the clinic is located at St. Martin Church, 717 Memorial Dr., Chilton. Eligible recipients can schedule their appointment online (preferred method) beginning Monday, March 8, at 10 a.m. Alternative registration can be attempted by calling (920) 849-1466 at that time.

The Calumet County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) offers free transportation to vaccine appointments for individuals age 60-plus and persons living with disabilities. They transport both ambulatory and non-ambulatory (wheelchair) individuals.

Please contact the ADRC transportation coordinator directly at (920) 849-1440. If individuals have questions, please call the ADRC office at (920) 849-1451 or email adrc@calumetcounty.org.
