Halloween might be a little different

Halloween might be a little different—like everything else—this year because of the pandemic, but one thing which is not changing this year is the extensive outdoor Halloween display put up by Janice and Vern Casper in the 1500 block of Calumet Drive in New Holstein. The Caspers have been putting up the display in their yard for a number of years, although Janice said this might be the last year. She invites people to take a drive or stroll past their residence to check it out as well as others in the neighborhood and city.
