In-person court cases resume in Calumet County

Effective Monday, Jan. 18, Calumet County Circuit Court has returned to Phase Three of its COVID-19 Operating Plan.

In-person processing of all cases, including jury trials, has resumed.

Pertinent, jury-specific safety precautions are in place, as well as general COVID-19 safety measures applicable to the public. When appropriate, remote appearances will continue to be utilized to the greatest extent possible.

The Calumet County Circuit Court actively monitors local COVID-19 conditions and will respond accordingly to a change in conditions, if warranted.
