Money gifted from the Shelly Lorenz-Adair Scholarship Fund

Dale Lorenz (left), brother of Shelly-Lorenz-Adair, and Esther Fischer, mother of Shelly, present Nathan Ales with a gift of money from the Shelly Lorenz-Adair Scholarship Fund. Since Shelly was taken from her family and friends in May 2018 a fund was established and they have given out scholarships to students from the area who are going on to college or technical schools. Ales graduated from Hortonville High School and is going on to school at Savannah College of Arts and Design, majoring in Animation with a focus in Character Animation.

Anyone wishing to submit a student application for further scholarships or contribute to the fund can contact Kim at 920-418-3964. It also is noted that in a recent photo of a scholarship given to Courtney Eberle it was stated that she was a New Holstein High School graduate. Eberle actually graduated from Kiel High School.
