Early evening and daytime COVID-19 vaccinations are being offered in Chilton this week.
The vaccination clinic is held at St. Martin Lutheran Chuch, 717 Memorial Dr. On Tuesday, April 27, vaccinations will be given from 3:30 to 6 p.m. On Wednesday, April 28, daytime appointments are being accepted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Pfizer vaccine will be administered at the clinic. All individuals ages 16 and older are eligible. Youths ages 16 and 17 are required to have a parent or guardian with them to sign paperwork and be present during vaccination.
No ID or health insurance is needed. Translation services will be available.
People should be done in 30 minutes or less (including a 15-minute post-vaccine observation period).

The second dose in the series will be scheduled at the first appointment.
Same-day appointments may be available based on vaccine supply during regular clinic hours. Please call (920) 849-1466 to inquire.
Calumet County’s Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) offers free transportation to vaccine appointments for individuals age 60-plus and persons living with disabilities. Please contact the ADRC transportation coordinator at (920) 849-1440.
Hours have been extended to hopefully make it easier for students and people working in different cities to get their vaccine.
Over 50 percent of Calumet County residents, age 16 and older, have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. This is consistent with the Wisconsin average.
