Veteran Two Rivers/Mishicot golf coach Steve Rezachek goes over local rules as Eastern Wisconsin Conference golfers (Sheboygan Falls in the background) ready for Eastern Wisconsin Conference Mini-Tour Meet #7 at The National at Par 5 Resort (formerly Fox Hills) in Mishicot

The Eastern Wisconsin Conference golf championship will come down to the final day.
In a near must-win situation, Sheboygan Falls edged closer to Manitowoc Roncalli by winning the final EWC Mini-Tour Meet hosted by Two Rivers/Mishicot Monday afternoon at The National at Par 5 Resort (formerly Fox Hills Resort) in Mishicot.
Roncalli takes a one-point lead over the Falcons into the 18-Hole Eastern Wisconsin Conference Championships which takes place next week Wednesday (May 26) with Valders hosting at the Autumn Ridge Golf Club near St. Nazianz.
Point totals for this meet are doubled. Thus, if Falls finishes ahead of Roncalli, they will surpass the Jets for the EWC title.
NOTE...Monday's results list the course as Fox Hills, but with an ownership change, the official name is The National at Par 5 Resort.
Also....There was a change in the scoring from the announcements at Monday's meet. New Holstein finished at 217, not 224, and takes 7th over Brillion.
