Former Chilton Tiger star athlete Vince Propson has been hired as Activities Director (formerly known as Athletic Director) at Randolph High School

Former Chilton High School star athlete Vince Propson has been named Activities Director (formerly Athletic Director) at Randolph High School, west of Beaver Dam.

Propson takes over the activities director position from Rich Fronheiser, who spent the 2019-20 school year with the Rockets. Fronheiser  serves as the Trailways Conference commissioner of which Randolph is a member school. 

High school acolades

After a stellar football career at Chilton High School which saw him earn all-conference, all-area and all-state honors, Propson played football and was an offensive lineman at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan (2014-2019), where he earned degrees for both physical education and health. While in college, he worked at a local gym, where he became a certified physical preparedness specialist, which allowed him to become an assistant strength and conditioning coach.

After earning his bachelors degree from Northern Michigan, Propson was hired as the athletics director at White Lake High School in northeastern Wisconsin last school year.

As a senior at Northern Michigan, Propson student taught at Fond du Lac High School, where he also was the strength and conditioning coach for the athletic programs.

Former Chilton High School principal Tyler Breitlow is the District Superintendent for Randolph schools.

Propson also had very successful playing career at Chilton in basketball and track where he qualified for state and medaled at the 2014 WIAA State Track and Field Championships in the shot put with a fourth place finish.
