It lived up to its billing as the top dogs in the East Shore Baseball League locked horns last Sunday and host Johnsburg gained a step up on Howards Grove. Here are the game recaps:
JOHNSBURG 2 HOWARDS GROVE 1

MARYTOWN 13 CHILTON 10
A slugfest in Marytown and Chilton came up just short of posting its first win of the summer. The win went to Carson Heus with closer Justin Weber getting the save. Boehnlein took the loss.
