Summer school concludes run of fun, learning in Kiel Area School District

Summer school concluded for the Kiel Area School District on June 30 with over 500 students participating in a variety of fun classes such as Hammers and Nails, Fun with Food, Stars of Tomorrow and Games Galore, just to name a few. Students from all grade levels (4K-12) were able to attend each day from 7:30 a.m. to noon. Parents were able to attend an “Open House” on Tuesday, June 29. School officials heard many positive comments from parents and students about being able to have summer school in person and use the entire district and its facilities. Over 30 staff members helped make summer school a success.
